Payments and refunds

FUTLoom's extension tools are free. We do not offer paid subscriptions, paid passes or paid feature upgrades in this version.

No payment is needed to download or use FUTLoom. Earlier development checkout tests used Stripe's sandbox and did not collect real money.

If you believe you have been charged for FUTLoom, contact contact@futloom.com with the receipt or transaction reference. Do not send a full card number or other sensitive payment credentials. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights.
